Bulkhead connectors can be threaded into an enclosure wall to implement sealed connections across the enclosure wall.
3H Manufacturing’s SEACON-style bulkhead connectors come in two material options: stainless steel and neoprene, or glass-filled epoxy.
Stainless Steel and Neoprene Series Bulkheads

- Pressure rating: Up to 5,000 psi (340 bar) when mated with matching cables
- Materials: 316 stainless steel body w/ internal glass-filled epoxy water block insert overmolded with neoprene rubber. Gold-plated contacts.

Glass-Filled Epoxy Series Bulkheads

- Pressure rating: Up to 20,000 psi (1,370 bar) when mated with matching cables
- Materials: Molded glass-filled epoxy. Gold-plated contacts.
