MWC-2 Mechanical Borehole Wire Counter The MWC-2 wire counter is a portable meter used to measure the length of cable deployed down a drill hole. The unit is attached to the drill collar by three equally spaced clamping bolts that secure the counter firmly in place. The sheave wheel may be turned to allow clear access of tools into the drill hole.
Options: 5 decimeter sheave with magnetic encoding for interfacing to the EWC electronic wire counter. Suggested Uses: Borehole / drill hole cable payout distance measurement. |

EWC-3M Electronic Wire Counter The EWC-3M wire counter is an up/down wire payout meter with both automatic and manual direction control functions.
Suggested Uses: Oceanographic applications, geophysics, etc. EWC-4A The EWC-4A wire counter is an up/down wire counter with both automatic and manual direction control functions and displays distance and speed. The electronics are mounted in a compact splash-resistant box. The length of cable out is displayed on line one of a two line LCD, with count to 5999.9 meters. Features include:
