Dummy Cable Headers and Probes

Dummy probe for testing bore hole competentcy

 

A.G.O.'s dummy cable headers and probes are designed to test the competency of the drill hole before deployment of your live probe. The dummy probe is made of solid steel with an attachment point at one end for connection via a shear pin to the header. In the event that the probe becomes jammed in the hole, the probe will separate from the header allowing retrieval of the steel dummy cable.

Features:

  • The dummy probes are made of steel and come in a standard size of 1.125" or 1.25" diameters, 28" long
  • Cable headers (pictured bottom right) accept cables up to 0.125 " dia (size 2" x 0.5") and insert into the ends of the dummy probes
