Description and Material

• 316 stainless steel
• Internal material is a glass reinforced epoxy water block insert overmolded with neoprene
• Gold plated contacts
• One to eight contacts
• Up to 5000 PSI in mated condition
• Rated up to 600 VDC

Mating

• BCL mates with RMG-FS or RMK-FS
• “V” denotes socket instead of pins
• This series is not back potted unless specified at time of order
• The connector’s amperage and voltage may be limited by the amperage and voltage ratings of the cable to which the connector is molded

Applications

• Medium to heavy-duty applications
• Hazardous environments
• Power transmission
• Signal telemetry

Installation

• All mounting surfaces require a 32 finish
• Do not exceed standard mounting torque specifications
• Align index marks
• Keep O-ring grooves clean
• Avoid O-ring cuts and nicks. Replace as required.
• Lubricate O-ring with light coat of silicone lubricant (Dow #4) or Deriena grease
• Caution, do not damage the pins in the unplugged condition
• Avoid contact with solvents
