Description and Material

• Molded glass filled epoxy
• Gold plated contacts
• One to twelve contacts
• LSG, up to 3000 PSI in mated condition
• XSG, XSK up to 20,000 PSI in mated condition
• Rated up to 600 VDC

Mating

• LSG, XSG, XSK mates with RMG-FS or RMK-FS
• “V” denotes sockets instead of pins
• This series is not back potted unless specified at time of order
• The connector’s amperage and voltage may be limited by the amperage and voltage ratings of the cable to which the connector is molded

• Light to medium duty applications
• Hazardous environments
• Power transmission
• Signal telemetry

Installation

• All mounting surfaces require a 32 finish
• Do not exceed standard mounting torque specifications
• Align index marks
• Keep O-ring grooves clean
• Avoid O-ring cuts and nicks. Replace as required.
• Lubricate O-ring with light coat of silicone lubricant (Dow #4) or Deriena grease
• Caution, do not damage the pins in the unplugged condition
• Avoid use in areas subject to high impact, connectors subject to chipping and cracking if exposed to high abuse conditions
• Avoid contact with solvents
